Director of Creative- Events/Social for MTV Strategy & Development (February 2024 - June 2025)

  • Oversaw video production and developed content strategy for MTV’s major tentpole events for digital and social platforms.

  • Increased video views by over 549% by producing best in class content and optimizing social strategy.

  • Managed international social media for the 2024 VMAs, which were the most social entertainment telecast in history and won a Webby Award.

  • Won a Shorty Award and Lovie Award for the 2022 MTV EMAs.

  • Developed and scripted original digital videos for MTV and Paramount+ with a focus on pop culture, celebrity, and tourism.

  • Worked with regional teams to distribute localized content all over the world.

Hearst Magazines | New York, NY
Supervising Video Producer for Seventeen.com (February 2019 – September 2021)

  • Produced all video for Seventeen (YouTube, Instagram, SnapChat, TikTok, Seventeen.com, Facebook etc)

  • Lead a team of 6 (shooters, editors, and motion graphics).

  • Grew the YouTube channel by 1.2 million subscribers and totaled 329.3 million views and 27.6 million hours of watch time, and generated over $330,000 in revenue. The channel now has over 2.5 million subscribers.

  • In my first year alone I grew the YouTube channel by 637.8 thousand subscribers (up 78% YOY) and totaled 168.6 million views (up 160% YOY) and 15.7 million hours of watch time (up 419% YOY).

  • Had videos on the YouTube trending page 6 times.

  • Managed more than 10 recurring series “Bestie Picks Bae,” which I created and was the most successful YouTube series at Hearst.


Video Production Director & Features Producer (July 2016 – November 2019)

  • Supervised video production for all Hearst Digital Media sites (Esquire, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Cosmo, Seventeen, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, O the Oprah Magazine etc).

  • Produced documentary-style videos and series focusing on lifestyle, beauty, fashion, celebrity and more.

  • Oversaw the content from pitching and conception through publication (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and O&O websites).

  • Implemented QC protocols, budget workflows, and streamlined content to make production more efficient.

  • Managed a team of over 30 people (producers, shooters, editors, and a graphics department) on day-to-day tasks.

  • Acting Head of Editorial Video for 9 months.


Editorial Video Director for Cosmopolitan.com (April 2016 – September 2016)

  • Produced and oversaw all video production for Cosmopolitan.com (as well as Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat and Instagram)on over 100 videos.

  • Created content aimed at young women with subjects including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, celebrity, dating, food, and fitness.

  • Supervised content from pitching and conception through production and final delivery. 

  • Liaison between the editorial and video teams to manage expectations at both ends and open lines of communication.
